Petits déjeuners dans le bar
A special moment before starting your day of sightseeing, rest or work, breakfasts are served in the bar, or as soon as the weather permits, on the terrace to enjoy the view of the garden.
This is also a time for conviviality, sharing and exchange; we will be happy to help you organize your day while respecting everyone's pace!
We serve a French-style breakfast consisting of:
o Fresh bread: traditional baguette and specialty breads,
o Pastries
o Jams
Fruit juice
o Compote
Homemade yogurts
Fresh fruit
o Cereals
o Nut spreads (Nocciolata), honeys
Breakfast/Brunch available as an extra: 9 euros (per person per day)
If you would like a more substantial breakfast, you can complement your sweet option with our savory supplement (to be ordered the night before):
o Egg (soft-boiled, medium-boiled or hard-boiled)
o Deli meats
o Matured cheeses
We can of course adapt to your dietary requirements, you just need to let us know.
We showcase fresh, homemade products and those from our local merchants.
- The breads and pastries come from the bakers/pastry chefs of Vernou sur Brenne: Maison Ragot or Boulangerie, pâtisseries Bastien & Cécile .
- Fruits , eggs and cheeses, from our grocer Victor ( Ô Panier Gourmand , Vernou sur Brenne).
- Ham and charcuterie: Richard Gonnet, charcutier from our village
- Milk and butter from the Verneuil dairy located in Verneuil-sur-Indre, which notably supplies local Michelin-starred restaurants https://laiterie-de-verneuil.com/
